Emotions and Health: How to Properly Face and Manage Your Emotions?

The impact of emotional energy on physical and mental health

According to clinical observations, 70% of contemporary diseases are related to a person's emotional state. In my treatment, when searching for the root cause of a patient's illness, almost nine out of ten patients have a fundamental cause of illness related to being in a "negative" emotional state for a long time. Furthermore, some patients are not aware that they have been in a negative emotional state for a long time, leading to the storage of many low-frequency emotional energies in the body (at the energy level), causing abnormalities and imbalances in the flow of qi and blood and the functioning of various organs.

It can be seen that in order to maintain good physical health, it is first necessary to have a good emotional state.

Everyone has emotions, and it is perfectly normal. The key is how to deal with and face one's own emotions. Most people in modern society are "too good" at managing their emotions! They were constrained and controlled by their parents in terms of emotions during their growth period - they were told and educated from a young age that crying, anger, and other "negative" emotions are embarrassing and need to be stopped immediately. Some parents even use physical punishment to educate their children when they see them venting their emotions. This causes them to subconsciously learn to hide their emotions when they arise, and to try to remain calm on the surface as much as possible in order to avoid being beaten or scolded. As a result, for most adults today, shedding tears and crying have become difficult things, and they have forgotten how to properly express and vent their emotions.

Moreover, in contemporary society, "emotional management" has become a necessary skill for everyone. People who cannot control their emotions well in the workplace will appear unprofessional, and their opportunities for promotion in the workplace will obviously be less than those who can manage their emotions. Therefore, many people work hard to suppress their emotions and strive to play the role of a socially elite person with high emotional intelligence in order to survive and gain more promotion opportunities in the workplace.

But have they ever thought about where all the negative emotions they have suppressed have gone? What kind of hidden dangers will they pose to their long-term health? Is suppressing one's emotions really the best solution?

It is believed that when feeling wronged, unwilling, angry, unhappy, and other emotions, one should not suppress them blindly. Emotions are neutral and do not have a good or bad, positive or negative distinction. They are just a way for people to express their feelings. Due to their differences, they carry different energy vibration frequencies. For example, happiness, joy, satisfaction, and other emotions that feel loving and warm carry relatively high-frequency vibration energy, so they have a positive impact on human health. On the contrary, when a person feels sad, depressed, wronged, lonely, angry, ashamed, and other emotions, they often carry relatively low-frequency energy, so if they persist in this state for a long time, it will have a negative impact on the human body. However, this does not mean that the existence of these emotions is bad.

Transform emotions and regain motivation

When emotions arise, never suppress or hide them. The more you endure, the more the energy will stagnate and stay in a certain part of your body. In the long run, it can cause abnormalities in the circulation of qi and blood in your body, leading to health risks and even unnecessary illnesses. Therefore, learning how to properly handle and face your emotions is the first step to truly achieving physical health.

Emotions should be like water, flowing and leaving no trace in the body, rather than being stored up inside. When we observe a newborn baby, we can see that their emotions and facial expressions are synchronized and consistent, and their emotions can change very quickly. They can be crying one second and laughing the next, as if the thing that made them cry never existed. This state is our innate nature, the purest form of ourselves, unadulterated by any social or other influences, and the most kind, innocent, and pure.

Our hearts should not hold onto so many things, whether it be emotions or events. When emotions arise, we should fully feel and experience them without using our minds to analyze the events behind them. Instead, we should fully feel our inner selves. It's like when a baby cries, they just cry without thinking about who or what made them cry, and they don't blame anyone in that moment. After fully feeling and experiencing the emotion, it will dissipate and resolve itself, rather than staying inside us and becoming a health hazard.

Emotion is a form of energy, and energy never disappears on its own, but it can be transformed. Therefore, the best way to deal with emotions is to become aware of and transform your own inner emotions. Be aware of your current reactions and feel your various emotional states. After becoming aware of your emotions, release them in a way that does not harm others. For example, write down your emotions, cry alone in a quiet place, exercise by running, sing, etc.

By various means and methods, the low-frequency vibrational energy of emotions can be effectively transformed into higher-frequency energy vibrations, making them our inner driving force that propels us to bravely pursue our dreams.

Emotions are a reflection of the true self

The existence of emotions has its meaning, which is to make us more aware of our inner reactions when facing different things. Therefore, emotions are a true reflection of a person's inner state. When feeling unhappy, there will naturally be impulses of sadness, sorrow, and wanting to cry. Inner emotions will never deceive people. Do not blindly hide, endure, or suppress "negative" emotions, but use emotions to gain a deeper understanding of oneself.

What exactly is causing the inner conflict and resistance? Why are these emotions arising? What is the source of these recurring emotions and the points that make oneself repeatedly "explode"? Are these emotions related to past life experiences of one's soul, or are they related to people who are close and have a deep connection to oneself? If these emotions are related to people close to oneself, then did oneself and these people have a special connection in a past life, which created the current fate and state of each other? These questions are all places worth exploring and reflecting on when emotions arise, and they are excellent opportunities for spiritual practice, self-cultivation, and self-understanding.

It can be said that the transformation of emotions is related to an individual's way of thinking and consciousness. If we have a correct understanding of emotions and do not view them as a bad thing, but instead use them to understand and become aware of our inner state, we can identify the root cause of our emotions and try to resolve them. At this point, it has become a good practice for cultivating the mind and heart, allowing each emotion to become an opportunity to know ourselves on a deeper and more authentic level.

Conclusion

It is hoped that everyone can understand the correct concepts and methods for dealing with emotions, so that more people can accept and face all their emotions calmly, accept them, transform them, and release them correctly (in a way that does not harm others). As a result, it can greatly reduce the number of suicides and various crimes caused by emotional reasons in society (currently, most social crimes and suicides are related to emotional disorders), allowing more people to return to true balance and health in their hearts and create a truly harmonious and healthy social environment.
